Flag Mountain

Overview

Flag Mountain is a 2,500-foot high ridge that separates Camp Creek and Still Creek, both tributaries of the Zigzag River. The Flag Mountain Trail traverses the whole ridge, mostly keeping to the crest. The summit itself is forested and viewless, but there are a few openings on the trail on the western approach to the summit. You can see to Hunchback Mountain , West Zigzag Mountain , Enola Hill, Tom Dick and Harry Mountain , and Mount Hood .
