Overview
This gate marks the eastern boundary of the Steigerwald Lake National Wildlife Refuge and the end of the dike trail. Beyond the gate are the pastures of the M Bar J Ranch. This area is reached by fewer people and is a good spot for wildlife watching near dawn or dusk.
