Parish Lake Hike

Overview

Parish Lake , sometimes spelled "Parrish", is a small seven-acre mountain lake near the headwaters of Pyramid Creek in the Willamette National Forest. A trail leads you half a mile under a tall old-growth canopy down to the lakeshore, where there’s a campfire circle. There is better shore access here than at nearby Daly Lake , and the cool waters invite a dip on a hot day. Brook trout live and breed here, but the lake is no longer stocked with fish.
