Divide Camp to High Camp Hike

Overview

The Divide Camp Trail is one of the more overlooked access points to the alpine areas on Mount Adams even though it passes through some spectacular meadows. A worthy destination is High Camp at Adams Glacier Meadows , most often reached via the Killen Creek Trail (see the Adams Glacier Meadows Hike ). This hike is 3 ½ miles longer than that one, but there’s the diversion to Divide Camp itself, the challenging Adams Creek Crossing , and a stretch of the Pacific Crest Trail to whet your appetite – not to mention a trail less traveled.
