There may be an easier way to reach the summit of Rock Mountain but if you are looking to earn your ascent in a shorter amount of time, this approach offers you alpine meadows and stunning views of peaks within the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest via this lesser-traveled but steeper route right off Highway near Stevens Pass.
