The largest of the Black Wolf Meadows is a boggy expanse that displays a varied and interesting flora from early to mid-summer. Here you will find orchids, camas lilies, bog laurel, marsh-marigolds, and more. The Anvil Lake Trail is indistinct through the meadow, but you can follow a series of posts. Early in the summer there may be up to six inches of water in the meadow.
